Research Interests: Digital Signal Processing in Communications; Audio Engineering
Educational Background:
PhD in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, University of Southampton, United Kingdom, 2014
MS in Electrical Engineering, University of the Philippines Diliman, 2005
BS Electronics and Communications Engineering, University of the Philippines Diliman, 2003

Research Interest/Activities: My research interests include digital signal processing for audio and communications. Recently, my group is working on applying signal processing techniques for Philippine indigenous music, in collaboration with the UP Center for Ethnomusicology. Our group is also interested in applying machine learning techniques and pattern recognition for multimedia applications.
