UPEEEAAI Medal for Best Undergraduate Projects 2024
About the Event
The UPEEEAAI Medal for Best Undergraduate Projects is an esteemed recognition awarded by the University of the Philippines Electrical and Electronics Engineering Alumni Association, Inc. (UPEEEAAI). This award celebrates exceptional undergraduate projects that demonstrate innovation, technical excellence, and significant contributions to the field of electrical and electronics engineering.
The UPEEEAAI invites undergraduate students from the University of the Philippines to showcase their capstone projects. The event provides a platform for young engineers to present and receive valuable feedback for their original work.
Registration Mechanics
Project advisers are encouraged to nominate their advised projects for the UPEEEAAI Medal for Best Undergraduate Projects. The registration process is as follows:
- Adviser Nomination: Advisers must identify and select exceptional projects from their students.
- Accomplish the Google Form: Advisers must fill out the registration form on behalf of their students. The form requires details of the students’ project such as the project title and a brief abstract. Access the form through this LINK
- Submit Nominations: Once all fields are filled out, submit the form. A confirmation email will be sent to the adviser acknowledging the nomination.

June 19, 12nn – Nomination Deadline:Â
July 5, 4 – 6 PM – Day of the event
July 11 – Endorsement of top 18 to College
July 30 – Announcement of Winners during College of Engineering Commencement Exercises
